A715/IR3 point-type infrared flame detector can be used in places where flames (including partial smoldering fires) need to be monitored, quickly discovering flames that may cause fires, and issuing fire alarms in time.
A715/IR3 infrared flame detector converts flame combustion parameters into electrical signals through three infrared pyroelectric sensors working in different bands, and inputs the signals into industrial computing chips for comparison, calculation and analysis processing, and cooperates with special intelligent control software. Fire alarms are issued quickly and accurately.
The A715/IR3 infrared flame detector adopts a special aluminum die-cast flameproof housing, which has good explosion-proof and protective characteristics, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and can work indoors, outdoors and various special industrial places for a long time.
2. A715/IR3 point type infrared flame detector shape structure and size
In order to meet the detector's long-term stable operation and explosion-proof requirements, the A715/IR3 uses an aluminum die-casting shell. The casing is divided into a shell and a bottom cover.
In order to ensure the explosion-proof performance, the shell and the bottom cover are connected by threads, and a rubber sealing ring is installed on the connection surface.
Both the wire inlet hole and the installation hook are set on the shell to facilitate the wiring operation.
A plastic inner shell is used to fix and protect the circuit part. Only three infrared flame sensors and indicator lights are exposed on the front panel of the inner shell, and only the wiring terminals are exposed at the rear to prevent damage to the circuit during installation and wiring.
