JTY-HM-GST9615 Flameproof linear beam smoke detector

 1. Overview of JTY-HM-GST9615:

JTY-HM-GST9615 linear beam smoke detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a flameproof reflective linear infrared beam smoke detector. The detector has two signal output modes: bus output mode and contact output mode. When the detector is connected to the controller produced by Gulf Company, the status information between the two can be transmitted through the bus, and the detector itself can be encoded by the electronic encoder produced by Gulf Company, and the encoding range is between 1 and 242. When the detector is not connected with the controller produced by Gulf Company, the transmission of fire alarm and fault information can be completed through contact signals. The detector must be used in conjunction with the reflector, but it is necessary to use one or four reflectors according to the installation distance between the two.
2. Features of JTY-HM-GST9615:

1. The detector has a built-in single-chip microcomputer with excellent performance, which has powerful analysis and judgment capabilities. Through the calculation program solidified inside the detector, it can automatically complete system debugging, compensation for changes in external environmental parameters, fire alarm judgment and fault judgment. The detector is fully compatible with digital bus technology, and has the advantages of fast information upload speed and rich information content. The detector adopts a new and reasonable structural design, sensitive adjustment, accurate positioning, beautiful appearance, easy installation, simple and convenient debugging method. The sensitivity of the detector can be set on-site through the electronic encoder, which reduces the detector's requirements on the cleanliness of the site environment and broadens the application of this product.
2. This product complies with GB 3836.1 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements", GB 3836.2 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof "d"" and GB 14003 "Line Beam Sensitivity Smoke and Fire Detectors", GB 12476.1 "Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environments Part 1: Electrical Equipment Protected by Housing and Limiting Surface Temperature Section 1 Technical Requirements for Electrical Equipment".
3. The detector is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 with explosion-proof requirements in petroleum, chemical and other industries. It can work stably in harsh industrial environments and can be used in spaces with slight smoke and dust and corrosive gases.
Three, JTY-HM-GST9615 technical indicators:

1. Working voltage:

Bus voltage: 24V

Power supply voltage: DC24V

2. Working current:

Power supply current: debugging current ≤ 20mA

Monitoring current≤12mA

Alarm current≤22mA

Bus current ≤ 2mA (0mA when not connected with the controller produced by our company)

3. Fire alarm, fault contact output

Fire alarm relay: contact capacity 28V/2A, normally open in normal state, closed in fire alarm state

Fault relay: contact capacity 28V/2A, normally open in normal state, closed in fault state

4. Protected area:

The maximum protection area of the detector is 14×100=1400m2, and the maximum width is 14m

5. Explosion-proof mark: ExdIICT6/DIPA21TA, T6

6. Shell protection grade: IP66

7. Indicator lights:

Debug status: The green and yellow LEDs light up or flash in a specific way.

Normal monitoring status: The red indicator light flashes periodically.

Fire alarm status: When the detector reports a fire alarm, the detector fire indicator light is on, and the fire alarm relay is closed. When the detector is connected to the controller produced by our company, the fire alarm signal can be transmitted to the controller through the bus, and the fire alarm signal needs to be cleared by the controller; when the detector is not connected to the controller produced by our company, it needs to be reconnected Electrically clear the fire alarm message.

Fault status: The yellow indicator light is always on, and the fault relay is closed. If the fault is restored, the fault signal of the detector is automatically eliminated by the detector.

The optical path is completely blocked: the detector first reports a fault and lights up the yellow indicator light, and the fault relay closes; 20s later, the detector reports a fire alarm, lights up the red indicator light, and the fire alarm relay closes; the yellow light goes out, and the fault relay turns off. Note: This situation does not necessarily mean that a fire has occurred. When the fault signal does not turn into a fire alarm signal, if the block is restored, the fault signal will be automatically cleared by the detector.

8. Use environment:

Temperature: -20℃~+50℃

Relative humidity ≤95%, no condensation

9. Dimensions:

344mm×240mm×212mm (with adjustment bracket)
